We provide full design & construct services and everything in between. With a commitment to quality, safety and client satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for a diverse range of construction projects. Our team has been trained in the entire construction process from foundations to finishing works so can do everything from conception right through to handing over the keys. We complete all regulatory approvals and we have a large base of consultants we work with in order to provide the most cost effective and best product possible. We believe this provides a far better quality of construction as we can effectively & cohesively manage each step of the project.
Meet the Timatanga Team
Brendon Scott
DIRECTOR
Brendon is a Registered Builder with 23 years of industry experience. He completed his carpentry apprenticeship in New Zealand in the mid 90’s with a well established & leading multi disciplined construction company.
He then moved to Australia in early 2000 to seek new opportunities and work experiences. He found himself in WA where he went on to operate a small construction company in Perth and Port Hedland. Seeking a new direction in the industry, Brendon took a position with an engineering company specialising in Commercial and Modular engineering which he then went on to manage and own.
Brendon has worked in many areas of Western Australia, designing projects that most others were not prepared to do. He has a unique ‘think outside of the box’ approach which enables him to achieve successful outcomes for his clients.
Jason Roberts
PROJECT MANAGER
Jason is an accomplished registered builder and project manager with 20 years of industry experience. Jason specialises in the construction of modular buildings and has a proven track record of successful project delivery. Jason brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the forefront of the construction industry.
Known for meticulous planning, effective communication, and adept problem-solving, Jason navigates the complexities of modular construction with finesse. From concept to completion, Jason ensures our projects are executed seamlessly.
In a dynamic field where precision and timeliness are paramount, Jason stands as a reliable and visionary leader, shaping the future of modular construction projects.
Stephanie Scott
OFFICE MANAGER / DIRECTOR
Stephanie is the Accounts Manager at Timatanga, but she also has a keen interest in interior design.
As a qualified Registered Nurse, the building scene is an outlet to enable her to develop her interior design passion.
Steph also enjoys liaising with the clients throughout the design and building process, to ensure the progression of the project is seamless and enjoyable for everyone involved.

We have our own team of core staff which allows for a far tighter construction programme without slippage when leading trades miss deadlines
Having early engagement with the builder we clearly outline how we wish to construct different facets of a project giving our consultants the ability to optimise design - ultimately saving time and budget
